Over the past few years, Seismic has experienced rapid growth amidst a global expansion. Seismic currently has a portfolio of 12 products, each of which periodically launches new features. In 2021, the company planned to launch a new product feature called Freestyle.

Seismic forged a cross-functional alliance to get all the teams on the same page, using Gainsight PX surveys and data as the centerpiece of their launch strategy. Through PX, the Seismic team made meaningful discoveries about how satisfied customers are with the new feature, including: 

  • The early adoption rate for Freestyle was 80%
  • Early adopters had a sentiment score of 3.9 out of 5
  • 88% of users initiate with Freestyle from a single product called Workspace
