From September 2020 through May 2021, PulseLocal SoCal chapter leader Dana Soza organized monthly BookShop virutal events for the CS community to come together and breakdown the topics of The Customer Success Economy, written by Nick Mehta and Allison Pickens.
Each month, Dana was joined by thought-leaders in the CS industry who facilitated small group discussions. These events combined a book club and workshop format, allowing attendees to network and connect over shared interests.
